1. Speed Evaluation
- 60-Yard Dash:
Timed runs to assess overall speed.
- Home-to-First Time:
Timed sprints to measure in-game explosiveness.
2. Defensive Evaluation
- Outfielders:
Throwing from right field to bases for arm strength and accuracy.
- Infielders:
Fielding and throwing from shortstop and first base to third base.
