Minority Baseball Prospects (MBP) , was founded in April of 2020 by Alexander Wyche and headquarters from Atlanta, GA. In 2022, the sister company Minority Softball Prospects (MSP) was created. MBP is the creator of more than 40 annual programming events, developing and spotlighting athletes from grade school to professional levels.
MBP offers an array of programming events such as youth clinics, parent/coaches forums, identification showcases, tournaments, and All- American Games. Minority Baseball Prospects also feature youth by highlighting in-game footage on all social media platforms. With the power of social media, MBP’s platform creates a spotlight and provides much needed exposure to college and professional scouts.

MBP Helping Hands is dedicated to providing minority baseball prospects across the world free access to quality programming and development. MBP Helping Hands empowers communities with the resources to reduce costs, increase capacity, and access quality equipment and facilities. MBP Helping Hands, develops and enhances the mental, physical, and emotional skills of youth around the country.
