9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast & Morning Meeting (Icebreakers, motivational talk)

11:30 AM - 12:15 PM: Lunch & Social Hour

12:30 AM - 2:00 PM: Sports Development (Baseball focus or multi-sport training)

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Gaming & Technology (Esports tournaments, game design workshops)

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Personal Development & Life Skills (Health, leadership)

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Wrap-Up & Daily Reflection/Pickup

Program Duration & Target Audience

• Duration: 6 weeks (June to July).

• Age Range: 10-16 years.

• Target Group: Underrepresented youth, particularly from minority communities.
